After months of planning, days of fretting and untold
cups of coffee, the Nature’s Fury Blogathon has finally arrived. I have a
bumper crop of reviews for the first day of this three-day celebration of
cinematic depictions of disaster and animal-induced mayhem.
It’s only the first day of the blogathon, but turnout has
far exceeded my expectations. I’m honored to feature posts by such a diverse
and talented bunch of bloggers, where Alfred Hitchcock and Werner Herzog rub
elbows with Bert I. Gordon and Larry Cohen. I can’t thank everyone enough for
participating.
Please peruse the following links, and be sure to tune in
Sunday and Monday for recaps of days two and three!

Hi Barry. Did you receive my article on "Key Largo" the other day?? I noticed that my post hasn't been commented on and the other entries have been. I'm unsure whether you received it?
ReplyDeleteHi, Crystal. You're on the Day 3 update, but I'll double-check the link, to make sure it's working. I'm still making my way through every post, so you should hear from me shortly. Cheers!
DeleteHey Barry! I'm belatedly working my way through the blogathon contributions and am so impressed with what folks have written. Just wanted to say thanks for hosting! :)
ReplyDeleteMy pleasure! I had a blast hosting this blogathon. Maybe (just maybe) I won't wait another two years to host the next one. :) The contributions have been tremendous!
